Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect product selection by the customer
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify VELÉ within 7 days of delivery.
To raise a request, please provide:
Order ID
Clear images or videos of the product
Unboxing video (mandatory) for verification
Once verified, VELÉ may offer:
A replacement, or
A Gift Card of the same value
The final decision rests solely with VELÉ.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards will be issued for the same value as the product
Gift cards can be used for future purchases on our website
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Validity details will be shared at the time of issuance
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Charges
